Alecsandra Ecard is a career counsellor in Romania who walks her talk. Staying true to her values of education and personal growth, she shifted her professional journey from Communication and PR to freelancing, NGO, coaching and career counselling, over the last 22 years. Safe to say, she is the go to person to talk about career decisions and starting afresh.
Her experience, knowledge and skills proved to be extremely valuable when she had the chance to join the cause of helping teenagers and youth be prepared to enter the labor market and face the challenges of new work environments and teams.
