The natural world holds an abundance of curiosity, awe and beauty and it is no wonder that we draw much inspiration from it in our daily lives. In this class, Draw from Nature, you will be guided by Kathy Gardiner in methods of observing nature both in its physical form and through reference materials; including where to seek inspiration and how to translate your observations to paper by understanding the fundamental techniques of shape, line and texture. It’s time to get your sketchbooks ready!
Download the suggested materials list and worksheets below before the class! Don’t worry if you don’t have all the materials, just come along with any supplies and have some fun!
