In this class, Cassandra holds space for everyone to play and create their own bullet journals.

Cassandra shares their own experience about how bullet journaling and how it has helped them, what it’s allowed them space to do, and a mix of how they use theirs for both personal and career development.

Bring a journal/notebook, pens and any art supplies you have. Feel free to bring washi tape or magazines to cut up or anything else you’d like to get creative with too.

OUR SPECIAL GUEST FOR THIS CLASS:

Cassandra is a first-generation daughter of Vietnamese refugees, a Vietnamese-American, non-gender conforming, immigrant living in Spain. They’re also a brand and visibility strategist and copywriter. Cassandra thinks business and marketing can be fun (duh!) and can be used to help historically marginalized folx build generational wealth and rock the system (read: BURN IT DOWNNN!)

For 10+ years, they’ve been creating content across all mediums (written, graphics, audio, video, photo, etc.) and through their business, The Quirky Pineapple Studio, Cassandra has worked with small businesses around the world in English and Spanish – helping them share their story, connect with their community, and drive sales with content marketing that is enjoyable and with less manipulation.

Cassandra had a travel and lifestyle blog, a personal brand, and started their first business in the 6th grade selling customized bookmarks to their classmates. Now, they’ve started and run their business abroad, live a location-independent lifestyle, and help brands and businesses share their story and message, increase their brand awareness, and grow their communities with clients, ambassadors, and supporters.

Cassandra thinks marketing and copywriting are here to CONNECT, and it’s their mission to help BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Feminist-run brands and businesses get their message out there through brand strategy, engaging content marketing, and community-building efforts to connect with their people.
