Reece Anderson, our facilitator for this class, always thought he understood what taking responsibility was. Like many things he had to learn the hard way – through his struggles with poor mental health.
He knows that through our challenges and adversity, it is easy to give up, blame others and point the finger.
This workshop will look at what responsibility really is. Where are we avoiding taking responsibility in our lives and how can taking responsibility really empower us to be the best version of ourselves?
Reece Anderson is a devoted father, spirited coach and passionate mentor. Born in Wellington, New Zealand he currently resides in Brisbane, Australia where he has lived for the past 15 years.
After gaining extensive experience of managing people, Reece decided to take a leap of faith and follow his calling, which was to help others in the
mental health space.
Now 5 years later, he hasn’t looked back, Reece’s journey in the mental health sector has seen him work with youth, parents, people from all walks of
life, facilitate workshops, and work one on one from a perspective of having had his own challenging experiences.
